These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall govern your use of https://www.phweb3festival.com/ (the “Website”) and your relationship with the Philippine Web3 Festival’s organizers (“we”, “us”, the “PHWeb3 Festival”)

By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our Website. Your continued use of the Website after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your express acceptance of the new provisions contained therein. These Terms were last updated on 14 September 2022. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse admission to any event or conference for any behavior, which we may deem unacceptable, or for breach of these Terms.

Ticket Refunds/Cancellations

All purchases of tickets are non-refundable in their entirety. Your ticket remains the property of PHWeb3 Festival and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused at any time upon a refund of the published registration price.

If for any reason PHWeb3 Festival decides to cancel this event, we accept no responsibility for covering transportation, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure, weather or other causes and circumstances beyond our control. Should there be an actual cancellation, the liability of PHWeb3 Festival is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.

Limitation of Liability

PHWeb3 Festival will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property however caused (except for death or personal injury as a result of PHWeb3 Festival’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited.)

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to alter or modify the speakers and/or topics and if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible.

Indemnity

You agree to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify us against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the terms by you or any other liabilities incurred by us arising out of your use of the website, or use by any other person accessing the website using your pc or internet access account.

• Use the website (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;

In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
